That's a fairly common thing in European soccer.
If a manager/coach is fired they'll often take a sabbatical and go watch training methods at other clubs.

I have no strong opinion on whether Frazier would me a good HC or not. He very well might. I just don't know.

Regardless, he does come off as a very likeable person though, and I believe he is regarded as a strong DC.

I thought he chose to step away as opposed to being let go. Hus secondaries were always solid.
