How are the not specialists? They specialize in all aspects of the Special Teams lineups right?

No, specialists do one thing and aren't considered interchangeable. There are 5 specialist jobs on special teams.. kicker, punter, kick returner, punt returner, and long snapper. Everyone else is considered a "core" player.

9 of the 10 OL on the 1st and 2nd team are in the NFC.

Dallas and Philly have 5 total players on those teams. 

Tough division in the trenches
