What is needed for us to get comp picks for Barkley, McKinney, or anyone else who signs elsewhere such as Adoree? I realize none will be in 2024, but what is the rule there again? Has to do with how much we ourselves spend in FA, correct?

Sure seems as if the rich get richer and the poor, well stay poor. The first  team I see that might need some extra picks is in round 6, by the Jets.
I HATE TO INCLUDE THE WORD NASTY< BUT THAT IS PART OF BEING A WINNING FOOTBALL TEAM.

There is a formula where they subtract players signed against the player signed away from your team

In addition to the financials there is a performance calculation as well.
