Schoen did say he thinks the Giants have the defensive personnel to stay in a 3-4 scheme or pivot to a 4-3, no matter who they hire.

How good would Thibs be with his hand on the ground though ? Did he do it much in college ?
I think Simmons/Okereke/McFadden would be a good 3 man LB crew as they are all three different types of LBs
Would def need one more pass rusher and beefy DT next to Lawrence though
I don't care what they want to label their base defense given that they will be in sub packages 70% of the time.
I will be unhappy if whoever becomes DC uses Lawrence in a way that he has less of an impact.
Part of Lawrence's jump last year was experience, another part was the way Winks schemed deployed him.
