This is the penalty the Falcons received for their tampering

 Atlanta will forfeit its original fifth-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and pay a fine of $250,000, while General Manager Terry Fontenot has been fined $50,000.

I can't quibble with the reasoning that insufficient evidence does not support imposition of punishment.

I will note, however, that that conclusion is no more an acquittal than it is a conviction.

They did rightly state that if further evidence comes to light they are willing to revisit the matter.

What evidence was there besides the HC of Penn St saying Barkley talked to Roseman?
