1) 880 CBS News Radio closes up shop- I have been listening to them for decades, they were superior to their competitor 1010 News Radio
2) The 33rd Team- Quietly they transitioned from a group of former NFL coaches and front office staff, to just another media outlet
3) Randy Mueller's GM podcast goes dark- Former GM Randy gets hired by the Saints as a consultant and Randy's great weekly podcast goes dark
4) The Star-Ledger Newspaper announces they are ending their print edition- I have been enjoying a print paper with breakfast since I was a kid
5) Former GM Mike Lombardi goes to work for NC- I have read his work and then listened to his podcasts for well over a decade. He was one of my top 3 listens. I have also thoroughly enjoyed his two books
I appreciate nothing lasts forever, but that is a lot of things out of my life that I took pleasure in. :(
On the football side, most of the true experts I listened to are gone.
On the regular news side, things are not the same
I wish I could say there was something positive to offset all they changes for the worst, but I currently can't think of any. :surrender:
