Title: Valentine's Day
Post by: LennG on February 13, 2025, 08:21:47 PM

Since we are sort of a family here and we share the good and the bad, it's time for some good sharing.

I think I have mentioned somewhere before, my darliong wide, Doris, and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in June. We are still celebrating. For Valentine's Day, the town where we live offered several couples the chance to renew their vows, as a sort of generic ceremony and we took advantage of this opportunity. So today, along with maybe 10 other couples, we renewed our wedding vows.  It was very nice. When we got married that Juine day 50 yeas ago, it rained and it poured, today for our renewal it also rained. Just for us.

thought I would share a few pics that my son took.

Congrats Lenn and Doris!

My wife is a little annoyed with me. She asked me to say something romantic to her like "I love you as long as the ocean touches the sand.". Me being a wise guy said "I love you as long as the bears keep sh$&ting in the woods.". She gave me a dirty look.😀
