As they should. Actually the man deserves a multi year contract but you pick your priorities.

I read they're going to make Chase the highest paid non-QB in football. With Burrow on a max contract that will be a lot tied up in two guys. I guess it makes sense to keep Higgins around as long as you can. He'd be the clear number one receiver on plenty of teams.
