Title: Why I believe that the Giants will sign the QB that I want no part of.

When Darnold ended up a Seahawk and Fields a Jet, many thought Rodgers was primed for either the Vikings or Steelers.

O'Connell is a QB savant and has the ability to get maximum return on a young QB....Rodgers is an old QB and he would clash with KO because no one can teach him anything.

Tomlin is all about culture, Rodgers is all about what Rodgers wants, so there is no way that can work.

OTOH here is Daboll, who wants to be a Tomlin but he and his buddy Joe, got caught dealing from the bottom of the deck telling Mara what he wanted to hear and then trying to prove a point with DJ...and ultimately overplayed their hand and now only have Tommy in the cupboard. They're desperate for "W's" and AaRod is their only shot.

As much as we're in for another miserable season, it will most likely be with Rodgers under center.

I get what you're saying although I'm not sure I follow how they "overplayed their hand"

Furthermore, whilst the guy seems a d1ck. If he put up his Jets numbers on this team, it'll be the best QB season since Eli.

Let's allow that to sink in.

He's 41 coming to an injury prone team. How long will he remain upright?
