The bear's paw is bigger than the person's head. No way a human is beating a bear. And let's not forget about the claws.

When I was a young man there was a fair I went to where people could wrestle a moderate size black bear. They only picked out the biggest men to try (under 250 need not apply). The bear reacted to these large men trying to wrestle him as a full grown man would handle the efforts of a toddler.
Only an idiot with a death wish would wrestle a grizzly...duhhh. Best thing to do is lay down, curl up and put your head between your legs, and kiss your ass goodbye
Even if I was 250+, I wouldn't want to.
Problem no. 1: Grizzly can weigh up to 800 lbs

Problem no. 4: in a fight, they fight to kill...so you must kill or maim the grizzly, to win the fight (earth to idiot, "you won't")
Problem no 5: a full-grown grizzly, can easily lift up to 1200 lbs and can crush a man's skull with one bite - they are incredibly strong
