The other heavily rumored team for Dart was Saints. But I believe they will go Mykel Williams (or Shemar Stewart) at 9. The big bodied edge in the Cam Jordan mold. Those would be the two EDGE I would think Giants would want in the event of a trade down.

Rich: Do you think Sanders to the Browns means they'll take him 2nd overall... or do something else? Bob

No way. It'll be with a slight trade up in back half of 1st or at top of 2nd.

I would think they would need to trade up, but you never know.  If Sanders did as badly in the interviews as rumor has it...

If there's one team worse than the Giants (or the Bengals) in the draft, it's the Browns.

I ask because it's also possible they'll try to trade down from Pick Two, which is bad for the Giants.

A lot of teams (including the Eagles) want Carter.

Bob

PS. Personally, I'm ambivalent because the Giants would then take Hunter (I suppose). Even today I can't conclusively decide whether I'd rather have Carter or Hunter FOR THE GIANTS (Carter's going to be great too but I'm leaning Hunter - he has been atop my "wish list" since about October).

Hunter paired with Nabers gives us almost a no-doubter explosive core of skill players and then he can play in passing packages for the defense. I want to see this offense hum so badly. So I lean Hunter here too.

Question: would your rather give up 34 and 99 or KT and 99 to move up for Dart? The organization is doing one in this scenario, so which one would you prefer?

One of these teams in the back of the 1st could legit take that deal.

If I could move up with KT and 99, I would do that in a heartbeat

Need for a guard >>>  need for KT

If we drafted Carter, pick 34 would have more value to us than KT probably.

Hell i wish they would, I really like Abdul carter and think he'll be elite, I just think this team could use Hunter a lot and he'd have more of an impact than carter.
