They're not going anywhere with their QB room as is. I doubt they're taking one high in this draft either.

So it's build up the roster and when all the pieces are in place, top it with a franchise QB.

This team hasn't been/isn't ready for a talent like Barkley that's why they couldn't afford him.
Barry Sanders couldn't go to the Super Bowl with this team.

I'm not rooting for him to win in Philly, but I will forever respect what he battled through here.

Yes. I agree with the ladder....he simply doesn't process fast enough and too often realizes it just late enough to panic forcing a bad pass or taking a sack.

I submit that we haven't had a decent OL Coach since the Coughlin years.

Teaching and holding accountable to proper technique and developing more burst, strength and phone booth quickness are all critical coaching points.

I'm not certain we've had even an average OL coach over the past 10 years.

You cannot develop wide receivers when you have a historically bad pass blocking OL combined with a QB no pocket presence and the inability to read the tree.
