If the Giants draft Penix they better keep Slayton around. Him and Hyatt would be beneficiaries of drafting Penix as Penix had a beautifully accurate deep ball.

You don't pass on a potential talent like Williams. Draft Williams first, then use your other high first rounder for a playmaker or olineman. Have Williams and Fields fight for the starting position unless of course the Bears already know Fields has peaked. Then trade Fields.

Hard for Barkley to do anything when after his first step there are already 2 defenders in his face

Barkley definitely isn't the Barkley of old physically and the lack of blocking by the Oline has mentally derailed his decision making. Hesitates too much. Barkley is still the Giants best offensive weapon imo.
