Big Blue Huddle / Re: NGT: Dallas hires Zimmer as DC

Yeah, that's a good hire.
I guess experienced guys with HC experience will be tempted by a co-ordinator gig at the Cowbooys as, if they make a decent fist of it, when Jerrah finally gets trigger happy and fires McCarthy, they'll be in the frame.

I can see a low scoring game, Spags D in a big game with two weeks to scheme......
I don't think SF get to 20 and Mahomes will do enough, though

23-17 KC
Pacheco MVP

This.
One of my favourite games ever ended 17-14 (a game, I'm sure, that ranks pretty high with most of you).

I don't care how we win, gimme double digits Sept to Dec and a red-hot January, couldn't give a flying furry one if we average 15 points per game.

The guy is a nugget.  He got his ring last year......kudos....but he's toxic.

Travis Kelce is nearly half as good as Mark Bavaro.
High praise.

Point number 1 -
Spags 💙
Point number 2 -
This has been one of the best first halves I've watched all season.
Point number 3 -
Most of you probably aren't watching uk Sky TV but Jason Bell is garbage when he isn't being Osi's straight man.

Hyperbole matures with age, but if he truly did not take the call and listen, that's gross professional negligence.

Was it Tuna?

I'm unsure of Reeves' lineage.

Quote from: T200 on January 21, 2024, 09:46:44 PMGreat game! Definitely one for the ages. I think I may be one of the few who was hoping to see KC pull it out.

Gonna be two great games next Sunday.
Oh, I was pulling for Spags, big time.

Quote from: Trench on January 21, 2024, 08:02:05 PMFair point.

To me the biggest issue is to figure out how we get hit behind the line of scrimmage so frequently on running plays
True dat.

Quote from: Trench on January 21, 2024, 07:40:46 PMMore like referees calling nothing. Which is fine. Should do the same in regular season
The issue is, routinely our O line don't get close enough to hold.
