That said, it might be best to simply avoid the topic, that is what I do with my father who is a tea party conservative/Republican.    I remember visiting him some years back and seeing his "Obama is a liberal" protest sign in his garage.

Any hardwood floor experts here? We bought a condo that has nice hardwoods but there are a few high traffic spots where they look darkened.  I kind of doubt a spray bottle of Bona will get it out but I fear something too strong will strip the shiny finish. Getting it professionally cleaned would cost around $400.

From what I have read, 18,000 contractors including mercenaries will remain in the country. So maybe, the US will continue to prop up the country by proxy while at the same time making it appear to the American public that the US is finally out of this mess. This would make Biden look good I think.

Cartel Land - Good documentary about two vigilante groups fighting the Mexican cartels. Warning, it shows decapitated heads. The first vigilante group is a bunch of Americans patrolling the border. The second group is far more interesting. A Mexican doctor forms a vigilante group and they clear the cartel out of nine nearby towns. Looks like a success story but things get very complicated.

The Domestics - A low brow violent post apocalyptic survival movie. The world is crop dusted with a deadly chemical that kills the vast majority of people. The new world is much like that in the Walking Dead. A young couple must travel through several dangerous gang lands to reach the woman

Empathy, Inc. - A decent low budget scifi movie filmed in black and white. A down on his luck Silicon Valley exec runs into an old associate that tells him about his new start up.
