I wouldn't call this a real softball, but  from a great movie (hint Comedy)

You ruined my life!

No, I didn't.

Oh, yes, you did! Oh, yes, you did! Y'know, you got them bad eyes, like a gypsy, and I don't know why I didn't see it yesterday. Bad luck! That's what it is. Is that all I'm ever gonna have? I should have taken a rock and killed myself years ago!

Come on Jim, you should know this one. Need any more hints?

Thanks Lenn...( sorry for the late response..hospital busy and I had to work the evening shift due to the technologist getting covid). I have never been on a cruise...want to do the Alaska cruise. Sounds like a Russian Cruse would be cool too. And ..yes God willing Covid will die soon
We ARE Cruisers. maybe 25+ by now. Since my darling wife retired we do 2,3 maybe 4 a year and this Covis is killing us. I ain't getting any younger. If you EVER want any info on cruising, ports, ships, cruise lines, just let me know, whether on here, thru a PM, or email me.

As far as Alaska is concerned, we've done it 3 times already, we really love that area. And you had better hurry up. Many of the glaciers are melting at an alarming rate.

One recent one is the first one from Ozark. I won't say the name.

YES,  YES YES

Totally shocked at that one

I found this list very interesting. I'm sure there could be more added. but I have seen maybe 2/3 of the shows and knew of these characters deaths.

If you plan on watching any of these shows, most of the deaths have been known and publicized for quite a while, but it could also be a 'spoiler alert'.

My own thoughts. to me, the biggest surprise was the death of Ned Stark about 1/2 way thru the first season of Game of Thrones. Ned was the main character up to that point, the star of the series, and in an instant he was dead. You knew then, no one on this show would ever be safe again, and there were MANY more deaths to come that took fans totally by surprise.

I would also say the death of Christopher on the Sopranos was really a shock.
And I have said it many times already, when they killed off Dextors's wife at the end of Season 4, I was totally in shock. It really took me a while to get over that.
Colonel Henry Blake demise was also a huge shock (I knew he was leaving, it was just a question of how they planned to do it)

One that wasn't`meantioned was Hank Schrader (Walts DEA brother in law) in Breaking Bad. Really one of the 'good' guys on this terrific series.

"heaven Knows, Mr. Allison."

Might have seen it way back when, but if so, how would one remember a line from it?

We do better with the softballs.

And again, no idea (I just never had a liking for Robert Mitchum. Don't know why, but I usually try to avoid his movies)

A real toughie so I'll give a hint.  It's from the end of a 1955 war movie:

"No matter how many miles apart we are or if I never see your face again, you'll be my dear companion always.  Always."

No idea

Let's try another fairly easy one--pay attention

"When it's hot like this, you know what I do? I keep my undies in the icebox!"
