Outside of the Niners last year there isn't a team in the league that has a third string quarterback that you'd trust with the game on the line with this line. It's tough to watch but I don't blame him at all. He cares more about winning than looking good.

I understand the frustration but they inherited an awful team in cap hell. This was never going to be a quick flip. The defense has been a pleasant surprise. Hopefully they can make some headway fixing the line and finding a real quarterback this offseason.

Obviously that will never happen though, so we will have to just stick with the theory that we're just snake-bit, and that we're doing everything we possibly can preventatively and innovatively, and it just is what it is.

Before we finished the 8th game of the season we lost our first and second string quarterbacks, our starting running back, our two starting tackles, our swing tackle, our starting center and now possibly our starting tight end.

Watching this game is like watching an NFL game from before the widespread adoption of the forward pass. Just awful offensive football for both teams.
