Nice job on TT hitting him for a first down

We can do this

Against one of the better defenses in the league, with a patchwork OL that got shuffled again after more injuries tonight, with the same receivers, at the very worst, TT looked just as good as DJ

But imo he is more poised, and looked better, plus he was able to take some shots downfield.

How did he have time to throw when this OL has been so historically bad?

I just don't see enough of a step up to warrant the extra money spent on Jones

This game is a good example of how DJ is not the guy

Between Taylor looking better and more poised, and Josh Allen making big, critical plays under heavy pressure, both show how DJ hurts this team more than he helps them

Quote from: kingm56 on October 15, 2023, 11:08:42 PMThrowing the ball through an impossibly tight window for a TD...something our Giants simply can't do..,

With defenders in his face!! Pressure impacts the QB!!

Again, heavy pressure on the QB, good example of what separates a great QB from a average one

Let's hope we can score in these final minutes for the win

Oh look, an elite QB under heavy pressure yet he makes a big play.

Wish we had him in blue, hopefully the defense can prevent a score here

Quote from: T200 on October 15, 2023, 10:51:18 PMWTF is Cam Brown still on the field???

Nothing good happens with him or Campbell.

Ironically both were involved in that play

Why is Cam Brown still a Giant

Quote from: Trench on October 15, 2023, 10:47:48 PMI'm just happy we are able to score and be competitive with Tyrod

Would we even have 6 with a healthy Jones?

Quote from: Woody on October 15, 2023, 10:36:20 PMYes a couple of nice throws but he has cost them 6 points as well. 3 at goal line and 3 when dropped ball and took them out of fg range during first drive of second half

Jones cost them 7 against the Seahawks, and killed many drives, everyone makes mistakes, but TT does not seem to be nearly as impacted by this poor OL

Yeah, many were saying he would get killed behind this OL, no excuses, he is doing great given the circumstances.

He is also not creating extra pressure either.

He is not locking on or resprting to check downs, and making throws Jones would never make.

TT should be the starter he gives them a better chance to win

Quote from: jgrangers2 on October 15, 2023, 10:20:09 PMHe's willing to take these shots downfield where Jones settles too often for the checkdowns

Tyrod is a better QB than Jones, DJ would not be making some of these throws.
