By NFL rule that was a roughing the passer penalty. He left his feet and hit Taylor high so it makes perfect sense that they wouldn't call it.

College football it's coaching, in the NFL it's talent. We don't have talent at the most important position. You flip Allen and Taylor and we win this game by three touchdowns. Now amount of scheming and clock management can compensate for having garbage quarterbacks and a bad offensive line.

Watched a video of a bunch of former NBA players who were in agreement that the league picked the winners in losers in key games through awful officiating. The Bills need this win so is it any surprise that there have been a number of bad calls against the Giants.
