I actually don't see any more absurdity in this than I do Tepper himself trying to make or very strongly influence the picks. They are both amateurs at player evaluation.

If anything, because a lot of of these front office guys are macho/chauvinistic types, she'll probably have less influence than Tepper will and therefore might have less of an adverse meddling type impact.
