MightyGiants

Who are you looking forward to seeing (with starters likely to play little or not at all)?

I hope we have a gem here. If that speed can translate to on field production, he would make a good compliment to Singletary.

Does he have any return experience?

From what I have seen in camp, he is one of those rare athletes who's incredible timed speed translates to field speed.  He runs and a different speed than other RBs

My 5 Guys To Watch for Giants-Lions Preseason

1. S Tyler Nubin
-we haven't seem much from him in camp and only getting 2nd team snaps

2. LB Dyontae Johnson
-he's been splitting 1st team snaps with McFadden

3. TE Theo Johnson
-want to see how he holds up as a blocker v. NFL caliber players

4. DT Elijah Chatman
-he's been a camp baller even v. Lions

5. OL Jake Kubas
-has got 1st team, could make or break roster spot

Me too.

He sounds a great kid. I've heard some interviews with him discussing the NCCA stuff.

Really hope he can make an impact.

Nubin missed the first couple of weeks of camp due to a calf injury.   Dane Belton has been playing well, so Nubin has struggled to move up when he returned.   The PS game will be a big opportunity for him.

Some #Giants players to watch vs. #Lions:

S Tyler Nubin - The second-round pick got off to a slow start this summer because of a leg injury. He's slowly been getting back in the mix.

RB Eric Gray - Big preseason for the second-year back. He's facing competition from rookies Tyrone Tracy Jr. and Dante Miller. Pass protection could be huge.

TE Theo Johnson - The rookie almost has to play with the Giants short on numbers at the position. He's been good so far. An impressive-looking athlete.

C Jimmy Morrissey - He's in the mix to be the backup center. He has looked good this summer.

LB Dyontae Johnson - He's looking to carry over a strong summer to the preseason. Can he run Shane Bowen's new defense?

CB Tre Hawkins - It has been a long fall for last summer's camp darling. He needs to show something this preseason.

Miller played most of the second half and looked good. The speed was always going to be there but he didn't rely solely on that and didn't try to bounce everything outside. He was always falling forward, running tough between the tackles,  fighting for extra yards, and had two hands on the ball in traffic. He helped himself.
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you read is not what I meant - Robert McCloskey (if he were on this Forum)

Thanks @MightyGiants and @bamagiantfan

I was streaming the first half but didn't watch the second. Probably should have. I wanted to see how he did as well. Glad he got to showcase his talents.
