I would not be surprised if Jones has a big game next week along with a couple of others during the season. Just enough to tease the gullible that he can be better than the 22nd best QB in the NFL this year.

I'm about 100% sure he'll be better next week. How much and is it enough to win are the real issues.

They'll design some runs for Jones in the first quarter. If he doesn't get injured, Jones will rack up 50+ rushing yards and his defenders will be back on message that he needs to be "properly evaluated."

It won't matter whether the team wins or loses. It won't matter whether the offense can score points or not.

What would be the point of benching him? He is still the best QB on the team, and that is no accident. The only thing remotely  close giving Jones any competition was Tyrod  and he is gone. So this the Giants way. We wanted to give Daniel Jones his fair shake, and now we have it.

Fletch: I don't like the phrase "it is what it is" but in this situation, that's precisely correct. Bob
If Jeff Hostetler could do it, Daniel Jones can do it !!!
