It's one thing to trade for a QB (and even then Mara had strong hesitation), it's another thing to bench a guy for non-performance reasons. I think Mara would see that as being against the "Giants Way".

More like it is against the John Mara Way.  I'm old enough to remember when the Giants weren't dumb.

After Las Vegas beat Baltimore and then turned around the next week and got thumped by Carolina, I have no expectations and believe anything is possible. I will turn on the TV Sunday and watch my Giants.

looks like Singletary and Nabers will both miss the game......I think it really doesn't matter....Giants win will only happen if Seattle takes them lightly and Giants play perfect ....unlikely .
