That is one point I'm with you on. Had we went ahead and invested in their NFL "Pro" package, they include "weighted" statistical profiles for each player and their impact "value" if they get injured.

Does the calculous factor the players abilities?  For example, consider the 2022 NYG IR list:

Sterling Shepard
Kenny Golladay
Aaron Robinson
Kadarius Toney - traded mid-season but had been on IR prior.
Bobby Okereke  - also placed on IR late in the season.
D.J. Davidson
Darrian Beavers
Collin Johnson
Marcus McKethan
Elerson Smith
Nick Williams

Is Okereke injury considered equal to Marcus McKethan?  If it doesn't, it's pretty useless.  Losing a bunch of 3rd string/practice squail players shouldn't have much impact on the team.

In their FAQ for the NFL data, they talk about this and do factor talent as "Lost-av weights" for each player in terms of their performance value (e.g. are they a starter, high performer, Pro Bowl player, or a reserve player, rookie or FA signing). I'm not 100% sure if every possible player variable has been accounted for, as I've never subscribed to their data before, but from what I've read it appears to provide a relatively accurate profile for  an NFL team in terms of injury impact; of course, that can be subject to anyone's interpretation!

They moved onto a larger platform and are now analyzing more pro teams world-wide. So, they must be doing something right if they're growing.

I'm sorry but now another excuse to try and cover up Jones and his weaknesses.

Now add injuries to the list of why Jones can't be a big-time QB.

Let's see what Neal has there. My guess is not much but let's see.

Burns would be a big loss. I know he's not universally popular here, and a few posters were ready to crucify JS for the trade but I really like him. He's played very well over the past couple of games especially.

I like him as well ...he plays with an attitude and wants to make plays .....as opposed to Thibs   who looks to survive and live off his college career.....that may get him through rookie contract but his worth after that is very low ....unless something happens between now and then. Huge disappointment. I think they truly should make him a line backer and play behind the LOS. he is quick and he might be able to make plays from there instead of being Handke by every left tackle in the league /one on one.
