I don't know that the Jets "lost"... they just didn't get as good a deal and Cooper does more to raise the talent level of the Bills. While Adams certainly improves the Jets receiving corps, but they already boasted Garrett Wilson, better than any threat on the Bills. Cooper helps pick up a Bills wide receiver group currently led by... Khalil Shakir. Both guys make their teams better at the end of the day.

In the sense of the Bills needed a WR because that was a glaring weakness and the Jets didn't need a WR because that wasn't their biggest issue...yes Bills won.  They plugged their biggest hole.  The Jets did not.
