Even the best coaches fail without talent. Belichick failed in Cleveland, Reid was competitive in Philly but never punched through despite going to the nfc championship game what like 5 times in a row.

I personally think daboll is a phenomenal offensive mind, he just can't run anything halfway complex with Jones or at least what he wants to. Daboll loves to go deep to set up the intermediate and short game but can't do that, Jones can't go deep.
