Also, you appear to be saying their terrible record is 100% the QB's fault. Schoen repeatedly said that wasn't the case throughout the 26 minutes. So you can't possibly buy everything he was saying.

There isn't a team in the NFL that isn't effectively one great QB pick away from being competitive. Look at Houston last year or Washington this year. I don't think this season is 100% the QB's fault, but we're probably a 4 or 5 win team right now with even average QB play.
