We all know and usually respect Patti and her knowledge of all things Giants.

I think her answers to the questions are about on par with most things we have discussed here.

I'm not fond of her takes, I usually go elsewhere for my Giants info and takes. Might just be a personal preference.

She's well meaning, but too much in the Giants bubble. Where are the cynical reporters of yesteryear?

5 or 10 years ago, Pat was one of my favorites.  She was one of if not the most football-knowledgeable beat reporters.

Since then, we have had people like Nick Falato and Bobby Skinner (to a much lesser degree, each man's partners) with a much higher football IQ than Patti.   I listened to Patti's podcasts when she would have a former NFL scout on.  She used to have Nick Falato on, but he hasn't appeared.  Now she brings on "coach Gene Clemmons) a former HS coach who is more hot takes than solid reasoning.

These days the only time I listen to her podcast (I used to be a regular listener) is if I like her guest.  The reality was that Patti was never good at insider stuff, so when people came on the scene to offer better football insights, there wasn't any compelling reason left to listen to her.

Pat's long response to the last questioner who called her a DJ hater (as if he has many supporters left) was a drop mic moment for her.

I am a fan. She tries to be positive but is also a realist and is critical if need be. Sure, she isnt all x and o but I cans find elsewhere for that
