Making so many poor mistakes over time have really put the Giants in a damned if they do and damned if they do not position.

More turnover all but seals their fate as a giant disaster of an organization that can't get any decisions correct for over a decade.

Retaining Daboll and Schoen allows two hires with limited success to kick start a new season with another extremely high pick and no guarantees of a serviceable QB.

I will say Daboll continues to scheme receivers open. Not the biggest endorsement but it is something.

New OC or not, I don't want Daboll back. I don't think he is a good HC. His decision making is suspect and the team has regressed every season. Aside from yesterday, this team never looks prepared to play football even though they apparently always have a "great week of practice".

He's had three seasons. One was surprisingly good, the other two were as bad as they could be. I don't see him trending up in any way ever. With a healthy team look at the last two year's opening days. Is that the sign of a good coach? Sorry, there is nothing to puff up his resume.

Daboll CAN'T manage as a head coach.

He had an OC and DC...he'd mess up the clock management, timeouts, just about everything...and lost his cool every 10 minutes.

He's been in over his head for years.  Now he's just been hiding behind the playsheet; maybe for stress management or something.

We've been the WORST team in the league...under HIS guidance.

Unless we assume that NOW he's learned and will be a great HC because we beat the Colts, then YES...Daboll with a new OC may lead us to the promised land.

The Colts began the game TOO relaxed..it took a few posessions for Flacco & Co. to get in sync...then it was too late and our QB was playing the best game if his life.

I apologize for the negativity...but I'm just afraid of another nightmare of a season in 2025 with Daboll running the show.
