BIG MISTAKE. Milroe should have returned for one more year. I think Drew Allar is more ready and he went back for one more year. He has talent but equally flaws as well. The NFL is fast paste and unforgiving. Good luck to him

I see what you are saying about Milroe, but the kid has accomplished everything he needs to in the classroom. He's already got two degrees. Just to go back to play football is not in his DNA. Time for him to take the next challenge. It might work out for him or it might not. It's his choice.

Plus there's a decent chance he's the 3rd QB taken overall.  Whether that's 1st or 2nd round remains to be seen but next year he's unlikely to be QB3 at all.  From what it looks like only Dart could really jump him for QB3.  The top end potential is very very high however the areas that he's struggled with are tough to get over at the pro level so the floor is also very very low.  You're betting on freak athleticism being enough to compensate for other flaws.  Regardless of where he goes he would do well to sit a year and learn a pro offense and how to read a pro defense before being thrown into the fire.
