I thought this was an outstanding article on how coach can work with a QB prospect and make adjustments that achieve success

Davis Webb is the QB coach for the Broncos . While he has never been an OC I would love to give give the chance as OC for The Giants

Well, that's what good coaching can do for a young QB.
Webb will be a much sought after coach very soon, although he may be on the Denver staff for years to come.

Our track record under Mara at picking people with no lateral experience for big jobs has been nothing short of terrible. Since Wellington passed, we literally have not gotten one hire right for any sort of important job. Not one.

I'm intrigued by Webb though. I think he may end up being quite good, and having been under the tutelage of Payton this year is a plus.

Great article and good insight from Payton. Within it is a key element of QB preparation and play... the depth of the routes in the progression, his set drop to match those routes, how he aligns and sets his base, and the hitch to the throw. It's all timing. Then, not overteaching, which is what I think happened to Daniel Jones. There was too much strong coaching by multiple coaches which became a voice in his head. So he bails out too early on occasion... don't oversell it. Because then instead of instinct, it becomes fear and overthinking.
"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."

Bo nix was my pick last year as best pro ready QB.

And I think the Giants should pass on the two top QBs and draft Dart...as soon as it makes sense.
After  signing a good FA Qb of course,  let the veteran play while Dart learns.....on the bench.

His comment of 3,5,7 step drops matching the route for timing is so important as it does not leave the QB throwing flat footed and having to initiate a throwing lotion from a static position.  Those are the nuances I am unsure every offensive "mind" teaches.
