Good - I'm glad he's thinking about his health. His size worried me that he might not be around that long...especially considering how uptight and emotional he gets at times
May he live long and prosper  :ok:
The fact that Keith Richards has outlived Richard Simmons, sure makes me question this whole, "healthy eating and exercise" thing

President Rick

Jolly - my thoughts exactly.  Especially in such a stressful job, he needed to lose some of that weight.
Author of: Potomac, Knightime, Conspiracy of Terror, Rogue State, The Neutrality Imperative, Joey Jupiter - Super Sleuth [childrens books], Vigilance and Virtue, Peaceful Warrior, more.

My first thought (before thinking "good"), was now it's even going to harder to tell him apart from Bricillo. My second thought: "did he make the decision or did his wife nag him into it?"  ;) , and my third thought, "I wonder if he's on Ozempic"

Regardless, he looks much better and healthier

I also applaud the weight loss.  I mean, head coaches preach discipline and care for one's body all the time (to his players)...

I hope there was no betting in that weight loss competition.
I'd rather be a disappointed optimist than a vindicated pessimist.

Not slowing my roll

Regardless how, good for him that he did it! Further, if he did it the Ozempic way, then he took another healthy step in improving his blood A1C which is a key component in determining Type-2 diabetes. If your lifestyle forces you into dangerous conditions that could impact your life, you do what you have to do to take care of yourself. So, a huge shout-out to the head coach for doing just that and hope he's able to sustain the lifestyle changes he has made.

Peace!

"Dave Jennings was one of the all-time great Giants. He was a valued member of the Giants family for more than 30 years as a player and a broadcaster, and we were thrilled to include him in our Ring of Honor. We will miss him dearly." (John Mara)
