That's a great guess, and I think you're right. I forgot about him. I was thinking Vernon, and I just checked and he never did it with the Giants.

2 thing I think are big factors:

1)  more passing
2)  more "mobile" QBs trying to extend plays.

Coincidentally, I think like 70 different guys started a game at QB last year.
