Causes of comfort and concern from PS game 2

Rich: I'll accept your observation about pass-blocking in general (although I do recall a number of plays with serious issues and didn't see even one play where Jones/DeVito was comfortable in the pocket (ignoring every play designed so the QB could unload the ball immediately). My point... play-calling in that game was IMO designed to avoid truly challenging the OL with a lot of deep drop pass plays or pass plays that would have (in one way or another) required the QB to hold the ball for a while. Do you disagree with that? Bob

I looked up PFF's average time to throw.  DJ is about the middle of the pack at 2.73 seconds.

I will also add that after 2 PS games, the Giants are ranked 9th in pass blocking
