It's really impossible to predict because the SOS will change as opponents win or lose games. 

Both teams played the AFC North and NFC South this year so those opponents are moot.

It comes down to their division opponents and 3 other games.

Raiders played/played Jaguars (upcoming), Dolphins and Rams.  Root for Dolphins and Rams to win out and Jags to beat the Raiders

Giants other opponents (root for them to lose) - Vikings, Seahawks and Colt (upcoming)

Actually, it's the opposite.  You want the Giants to have a lower SOS.

So if the Rams and Dolphins won out and the Vikings and Seahawks dropped a couple, the Giants would have a worse SOS.

We want every team the Giants played to lose (lower SOS)  We want every team the Raiders played to win.

Ideally the Raiders beat Jacksonville and the Giants become clear cut number one
