I was listening to Phil Simms' latest podcast.  He has been watching Cam Ward and he has been impressed.  One thing he said is that in the Syracuse game, he saw Ward break the habit of passing over safe lower-gains for the riskier high rewards.  He felt that was a good indicator that he could change what some consider his biggest negative.
