"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."

May not be the best at either WR or CB but that may be debatable considering overall talent on team.  His upside seems high.

AYM

With the questionable QBs this year, I wonder if we should just sign a vet, draft Hunter, and find a Day 2 project at QB.

At this point I'm not enamored with any of the QBs worthy as the number one pick. That could change. I wouldn't be opposed to signing Darnold and drafting Hunter or trading down. I like the second round QBs there and if they can pick up an Olineman to boot, that would be a win for me. I think drafting for need has hurt this team.

Who's Henry?
If Jeff Hostetler could do it, Daniel Jones can do it !!!

Totally agree .....unless Ward.  tests ..proves to be as good as advertised...Trade pick for a top ten pick, plus high twos or future picks.

I would be very happy taking Travis Hunter. Elite talent. Best player.

Or sign Sam Darnold..with a McVay coach..why not? He's proven to be good enough this year..and have Hunter and Nabers.

We drafted LT with an already top LB core. He was the best player. Hunter is the best player.

Ditto AYM and Ed...  even ward is a risk as a top half first rounder.  Maybe like all this year's qb's no better than 50-50 to bust.  We NEED OL and maybe DL, although Chatman has been a good sub, and that means we need a slew of draft picks.  Trade down and hope Hunter is there mid-1st round [given all the needs for OL and the usual hype for the QB's, it may happen.  If not, rebuild this team with as many picks as we can garner, and find a 1-2 year bridge qb.  Lots of guys on the market will be an upgrade over lock and 'danny' devito [he's not a sub above!!!]..

What a joke, there are significantly better wrs this season in college.

McMillan had like 1300 yards

Tre Harris had a 1,000 yards and only played in half the games. He legit averaged like 200 yards a game.

Don't get me wrong, Hunter is a generational talent and I'd take him #1 overall but awards shouldn't be popularity contests.

I think if he bulks up just a little, he has the ability to be a top CB, which I fell he is better suited at in the NFL.
