I'm not sure why they don't just come out and say "I'm looking to get paid more in line with my market value." Why would there be any stigma involved with that? These guys are literally risking their lives out there, and they're part of a for profit business. I don't really get why wanting to get paid one's fair market value for something one does professionally is something one feels the need to hide.
