Nabers as X and Slot
Hunter as Slot and X
Hyatt as Z

Robinson rotates in as Slot
Slayton rotates in as Z.

Wilson's deep ball accuracy plus Hyatt's better hands and better ability to get open than Slayton makes him the starting Z.

This is a WR group and organization that I would like.

Robinson and Slayton do not scare people as starters.

Robinson didn't scare anyone with Jones as the Qb. There is a reason that PFF listed him as one of their top 6 best triple threat Wrs at the end of the 2023 season. It's also not a surprise that his best games that season came with Tyrod at Qb. H would be the perfect compliment to Hunter and Nabers with what he does well. He catches everything, and his YAC ability is off the charts if he had a qb to get the ball to him in space so he can attack. When Tyrod was QB, his average reception in 3 different games was 22 yards, 17.5, and 9.2. He was only this super short yardage threat because of the qb as @T200 stated in another thread.

Wan'Dale Robinson, from PFF
While Robinson may not have broken out in his sophomore season in New York despite his increased volume, he did show that he profiles as a crucial piece of this offense moving forward, given his ability to win throughout the play.

Of the six receivers to qualify for this list, Robinson leads the bunch in open-target rate (94.7%) and contested catch rate (80%), placing in the 94th percentile or greater in each facet. Understandably, coverage units had trouble matching up with Robinson's route-running ability, so contested targets were seldom (just five), but he finished those at a high clip, with only one resulting in an incompletion.

Nabers at X
Hunter at Z
Robinson at Slot

Gives the team 3 different Wrs that do different things, and would make it hard for any team to cover on any down. Then you sub in Slayton occasionally and Hyatt for deep balls.

I'm very exciting see our WR room produce.

Wilson is gonna do well with this bunch.

We need a healthy Thomas and I wonder if maybe we see an oline starter from the draft in round 2.

Ed Vette

The rotation of packages should give Daboll visions of sugarplums dancing in his head.
"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."
~ Coach Tom Coughlin
