Daboll and Kafka

Let Daboll oversea the entire team as a HC,  devote his other time to work with Tierney on Dart and let Kafka call the offensive plays.

I think its completely the opposite, let Daboll call plays, he drafted Dart to run his offense not Kafkas. Let Kafka oversee Dart, as he supposedly has some next level  plan for a rookie QB. Dabolls offense is tailored to Dart and even an extent Russell Wilson with the big shots he wants to take to setup the underneath and intermediate.

I generally prefer someone other than the HC to be the play caller as was so with Coughlin and Gilbride. However, Tom Coughlin was never a play caller whereas Brian Daboll was so and was central in the Josh Allen Offense at Buffalo.

It's altogether obvious that contrary to Daniel Jones, Jaxson Dart is exactly the kind of QB who suits Daboll's vision and the reason they targeted and traded for him. While I assume that Dabbs will call the plays for whomever is the QB this year- Wilson for all or most of the year- he certainly will and should once Dart takes over.

We have been saying since daboll got here that he hasn't been able to run his offense because of Jones. Jones had so many limitations that it literally shackled Daboll in what he could do. It is hard to pass judgement on his play calling with Jones, Lock, and Devito at Qb. Especially when I saw what he could do with a really good backup in Tyrod, a horrible oline, and no Nabers in 2023.
