I hate TV commercials. But I always love to watch Allstate's ads with Dean Winters. They quit making mayhem commercials a couple of years ago, but I've noticed over the weekend that they are back. Always good for some laughs.

The fact that Keith Richards has outlived Richard Simmons, sure makes me question this whole, "healthy eating and exercise" thing

If you like Dean Winters, and you have not ever watched the series "Oz", I thoroughly recommend it. In fact I recommend it even if you don't particularly care about Dean Winters. Even though it's about 20 years old, I think it's one of the best TV series ever made. It's absolutely gripping. It's very violent but it is extremely engaging, smartly done, and superbly acted.

Thanks for the tip. I'll look to see if it is streamed anywhere. I also liked him in "Battle Creek" where he was a detective paired with Josh Duhamel. Winters played a down and out detective who didn't care for Duhamel because he was "too good looking" and everything always worked out for him so the whole series was an irritated man paired with a happy go lucky guy. Good show. Not sure if it's streamed anywhere. Of course, pretty much anything can be streamed if willing to pay for it on Prime...LOL.
