Amazing...yet still sad. I feel for Val and his condition. He'll always be Doc Holliday to me rather than "Iceman", but he was great in both...still, his Doc Holliday was classic

We saw Top Gun yesterday and enjoyed it very much. A good story line. Val Kilmer was only on the screen for one very brief scene. I think this one is equal to if not better than the original.

I have now had three people (prior to reading this thread) who have insisted that this Top Gun is better than the original one. And also that it has to be seen in the theater (ideally IMAX).
