What is interesting is that Jones looks a lot like Devito. Too conservative, game too fast, too many sacks, relies to much on running, too scared to throw down field or heaven forbid throw an interception. Even though the D is lights out

The last series - Devito saw something and immediately changed the play and went deep to Slayton. Pass wasn't great but his field presence is definitely improving. I had been begging Jones to audible at the line

WRs have been open. Oline not blocking well enough along with Devito not making quick enough decisions although mostly the Oline just hasn't provided enough time

They haven't regressed; instead, they're playing against better competition.  Linear progression is not a thing in the NFL...
