I know we all have our favorites with music.

I just happened on a few clips from U-Tube of some rather nice renditions of The Lion Sleeps Tonite, I thought I would share

A great song. Actually originally called, "Uyimbube" (often mispronounced as "Wimoweh") written by South African singer in his native language of Zulu...translated simply means, "Lion". Once it caught on, it got Anglicized to "The Lion Sleeps Tonight"

I think it was done as well as it could ever be done in the opening credits of  "Coming to America" sung in a cappella in its totality...a great movie BTW...which is exactly all I can think of when I hear the song
