Love watching Humphrey's mouthpiece shoot out to the right.

Those 4 linebackers should go on the Wall of Fame as a group.

Man were we blessed as fans by those guys and the backup LB on our roster could have started on almost every other team.

This video shows up on this board every year, as it should. I remember the game, I remember the hit. If that doesn't get your juices flowing nothing will.

We had so many good to great LBs back in the day. Don't forget Van Pelt..Kelley..Lloyd.. Headen..Johnson Armstead were also so solid.

Reasons was reliable..tough..unsung with Carson..LT and Banks.

:ok:

I wonder how many penalty flags would have been thrown on that play?

The way I see it, none should be. The hit was with Reason's helmet but on the shoulder of the R B.
I HATE TO INCLUDE THE WORD NASTY< BUT THAT IS PART OF BEING A WINNING FOOTBALL TEAM.

An average person would wind up in traction.
"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."

It's a great and legal hit, even today, but I got CTE just watching it.

This is from the days when we watched the NFL completely guilt-free, blissfully unaware (or only vaguely aware) of how it destroys the lives of players.

Seen it many, many times. But each time I chuckle and let put a quiet "oooh, yeah!"
