They are only $2,243,253, counting just their top 51 players.  So they are not exactly in a good position.

Two of the three teams supposedly most interested in Barkley are on that list, Ravens and Chargers.

Chargers situation looks ugly but they have two WRs on the wrong side of 30 that are currently taking up a combined, 66 million in cap space.  Given that teams draft position, I think getting rid of one (if not both) is an easy decision, especially since cutting either one is a 20+ million cap saving maneuver.
