"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."
~ Coach Tom Coughlin

Brian Burns.

The D is the better unit of the two, and he is its best player.

Malik Nabers

Because so much is riding on his shoulders

With only scant basis for a guess, I'd have to say Malik Nabers.

Cheers!

Daniel Jones - and I blast him all the time but he's my guy right now

Darius Slayton will have a breakout year.  Other teams will be doubling Hyatt and Nabors leaving Slayton one on one- 1000 plus Receiving Yds

Like others, I am going with Nabers

If the team has a winning record, it will be Jones.

IF the team has a losing record, I'd go with Nabers or Burns.

You are, of course, assuming that they will give Slayton a new, more money, deal so he won't continue his holdout and become trade bait. I truly wish him well either way. But I certainly wouldn't invest in the notion that, whether or not by default, he will out-perform Nabers and/or Hyatt in terms of targets, receptions, and yards. Good luck with that.

Cheers!

With Aaron Donald's retirement, Dexter Lawrence may very well be the best DT in the NFL. He's the best player on the field most of the time they play. If they are to have any success in 2024, the defense will have to be stout and Dex will be key to that.

I'm struggling with the level of optimism re: Hyatt. I think it's far more likely his numbers end up closer to our #4 option in the passing game vs. being the team MVP.

My pick is Dex / Burns. I think Burns will put up the showy stats and make the SportsCenter highlights, but Dex will have the biggest overall impact.

If Dex, Burns, and Thibs light it up then it will allow Bobby Ok to feast and do what he does best. He's easily the best pure Mike in the Division already and was low key the best player on the field last season.

Hard choice, but going with Kayvon Thibodeaux. He was already coming up to the standard we expected when we drafted him with our 5th overall pick, and he was starting to show signs of greatness. Now, with Burns on the other side, the focus of offenses will be on stopping Burns, which should allow Thibs to go up against someone other than the other team's best blockers and double teams. At 23 yrs old, and 3-years of NFL experience, and with the mindset that he will do anything to become the best in the NFL, he is getting ready to step into stardom...IMVHO
I told my teenage son, when I was his age, I used to get 10 CDs in the mail for a penny. I don't know if he thought I was lying or even knew what a CD was, or what a penny was, or what the mail was, or all of the above

Last year, I thought it would be Waller to grab 100 passes and be the focal point of offense. That was a let down.  Dex has been the teams best player last two years. Thibodeaux has shown some teasing of great moments, but not someone to take over a game yet. I'm hoping it's Nabers as the dominant playmaker that sparks life into a dismal offense.
