Loved The West Wing, one of the truly great all-time TV series.

Sad that our JimV isn't around to view the Chamberlain clip. He always told me how Chamberlain and that Maine division basically won the Civil War with their stance on Little Round Top.

In memory of jimv:

Interestingly Chamberlain subsequently served as governor of Maine and his confederate counterpart, Col. William Oates  subsequently served as governor of Alabama.  I've been to Little Round Top 2 or 3 times and it is a very special place.
