Not only Brian, but his wife as well

Before:

After (Taken last night):

He doesn't explain how he or his wife managed to lose weight, but they both look much healthier because of it.
Good job Daboll family  =D>  =D>

The fact that Keith Richards has outlived Richard Simmons, sure makes me question this whole, "healthy eating and exercise" thing

SMART, TOUGH, DEPENDABLE

That is major weight loss for both of them. Based on those pictures that looks like a good 25% of body weight at least. Maybe 30-35%. Full transformation. Especially his wife (although Daboll's weight loss is no slouch either).

That's why there is a nationwide shortage on ozempic right now.

I honestly thought that was a different woman.

Next time I pass a heavy woman on the street I might see her in a different light

Man what a transformation.  Him too

The weight loss is indeed impressive. But with carrying the extra weight was additional health concerns such as high cholesterol, A1C, stress on heart, etc. which are all red flags for heart issues, diabetes and other organ issues.

If their doctor put them on meds to lower their blood pressure, cholesterol and A1C, coupled with modifying their diet and adding exercise, this is not an uncommon outcome. But it's a lifestyle change they must permanently make so they don't go back the other way. In that regard, I congratulate them and wish them all the very best.

Peace!

Dabs looks sharp as a tack with a suit that is custom fit and stylish...far cry from McAdoo with an off the rack black suit that was two sizes too big

I think we should layoff McAdoo until some Giants HC wins 11 games or more in a season

Jim Fassel also should have been shown more respect

Jim Fassell took the team to a Super Bowl. McAdoo never won a playoff game.

I'm not suggesting McAdoo should be disrespected, but the two don't compare for me.

I wasn't making fun of McAdoo...I actually liked him. I was just talking about style. McAdoo didn't have it, but then again, neither does BB, or many of the greatest head coaches. Tom Landry had it, Bill Belichick did not. Style has nothing to do with winning or losing.

Walt "Clyde" Frasier has his own style...you either love it or hate it, but I love Clyde, so I love checking out his latest getup and think they are cool...LOL

Clyde is an indispensable icon of New York, and maybe the most loved athlete in its history (might have to fight Jeter, Babe, Mickey, LT, or Strahan for that honor...but he's a legend who is beloved by die-hard Knicks fans, and his calm demeanor behind a microphone is the epitome of greatness).

He'll be the spokesman for NJ DIET any day now LOL

From Simms to Eli (with an assist from Hoss) our Super Bowl Quarterbacks. Great defense and clutch QB performances...NY Giants Championship football.

I have an old profile still floating around: andrew_nyg....I am one and the same!

I hear you Dave but I still think Mara should have left his HC to make his own decisions and
caving to fan pressure was sad

Who knows where Ben McAdoo would have taken us if he was left alone to run his own show

In retrospect Geno Smith was way more talented than we fans could have imagined.  He is now a top 10 QB in the NFL.  Ben was correct
