While I'm glad to get the info, and thanks Rich for posting it, I don't think the notion of healthy scratches really makes any sense in PS game 1.
I'd rather be a disappointed optimist than a vindicated pessimist.

Surprised about McCloud, but maybe it speaks to them being high on him for CB2 and wanting to risk it.

It might have been a numbers thing.  Daboll said he wanted to get every rookie and second year guy into the game.  And Nick is entering his 4th year.
